Taxes of stay (not included): in 2011 it was 0.65 euros per person and per day, the new rate is not still known.

The reservation is validated in reception of the accompte: with a minimum of an overnight stay or 25 % of the total amount for the stays of 4 nights or more.

The balance is to be paid the day of the arrival.
